What Trivela is
Trivela is an account that connects services in the GOALS community, so that each one can recognise you as the same player. It is not a game, a league or a statistics provider, and it does not run matches.
Every service you connect keeps its own account system and its own records. Trivela holds the account and the connections between identities — nothing more. Where you see something that happened on a service, that service is the source of it, and it remains the authority on whether it is right.
Your account
Signing in is done with Discord, and for now that is the only way in. When you sign in, Discord tells us your user ID, your display name, your avatar and your email address, and whether it considers that address verified. We ask Discord for nothing else — we cannot read your messages, your servers or your friends.
You need a Discord account to use Trivela, so Discord’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that account, including the minimum age they set.
You also choose a handle. It is an identifier other services can show when they connect to you — it is not a public profile address, because Trivela does not publish profiles.
What Trivela stores
Against your account:
- your Discord user ID, display name, avatar and email address, as Discord supplied them
- the handle you chose
- the access tokens Discord issues, so that you are not asked to sign in again on every visit
- your sign-in sessions, which record the IP address and browser the session was started from
- for each connected service: which service it is, that service’s own identifier for you, and when the connection was made or ended
A session cookie is set when you sign in, and it is what keeps you signed in. There is no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking on this site.
What Trivela does not store
No matches, ratings, ranks, clubs or gameplay statistics are copied here, and nothing is synchronised from the services you connect. Those records stay where they were made.
Connecting a service
A connection always starts on the service, not here. It sends you to Trivela, you confirm it while signed in, and we hand the service a single-use ticket that expires within minutes. The service never sees your Discord credentials and Trivela never sees the service’s.
How much a connection proves depends on the service. Where a service verifies you at the moment of connecting, the link is as good as that check. Where it cannot, the connection records what the service told us about who you are, and it is a claim rather than a proof. Trivela does not present those two as if they were the same thing.
You can disconnect a service from your account page at any time. Disconnecting stops the link being used and records when it ended, rather than erasing that it existed — so reconnecting later leaves a history instead of rewriting it.
Your control over it
From your account page you can change your handle, see how you sign in, disconnect any service and sign out.
There is no self-serve delete button yet. If you want your account and everything attached to it removed, ask and it will be done; deleting the account removes its sessions, its sign-in credentials and its service connections with it.
Availability
Trivela is early, free, and run by the GOALS Pro League community rather than by a company. It is provided as it is: it may change, break, or be unavailable, and features described elsewhere on this site may arrive later than they suggest or not at all. Do not rely on it as the only place something is recorded — by design, it never is.
Changes to these terms
When this changes in substance, the text and the date at the top change with it. Continuing to use Trivela after that is how you accept the new version.
Getting in touch
Questions, corrections and deletion requests go through the GOALS Pro League community, which is where Trivela is run from.
